• Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
• Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)
• T-TESS Certification (Completed or in the process of completion) 
• Stong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to implement policy and procedures and interpret date
• Five years teaching and/or administrative experience preferred

   Education/Certification:

• Master’s Degree preferred or ability to obtain  
• Valid Texas teaching certificate
• Current automated external defibrillator (AED) certificate and first aid certificate preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of overall operations of an athletic program
• Knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures
• Knowledge of federal, state, and UIL policies governing athletics
• Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes
• Ability to implement policy and procedures
• Ability to interpret data
• Ability to manage budget and personnel
• Excellent public relations, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of students, parents, and staff
  
  Experience:
• Minimum five years successful teaching and coaching experience

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Networking and Troubleshooting or related field and three years relevant work experience
• Certifications including, Security+, Network+, A+, MCP and CCNA
• Working technical knowledge of current server and client operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019
• Knowledge of LAN and WAN network design and installation
• Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including routers, switches, TCP/IP, wireless LAN communications that push data across the LAN and WAN
• Ability to diagnose problems, research solutions and implement changes
