Biographical Information
Mr. Faubion is a 1994 graduate of Nederland High School. He later attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and also Blinn College in Brenham, Texas obtaining degrees from both institutions. For 12 years Mr. Faubion worked with at risk students at Gulf Coast Trades Center in New Waverly, Texas. While with the agency he served as a Group Worker, Substitute Instructor, Workforce Development Counselor and finally as a Juvenile Parole Officer for the Texas Youth Commission. After working in the social services field he taught Social Studies at Port Arthur Memorial for two years and one year of Texas History at West Orange Stark Middle School before returning to his alma mater, Nederland High School.
