Qualifications: 

• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with children with severe disabilities
• Experience with children with autism preferred
• Dependable, reliable, patient, and with positive attitude
• Paraprofessional Certification Training that meets NCLB requirements OR Minimum two years of study at institution of higher learning and/or Associates Degree preferred
